2 boys ordered released:

Two of the four suspects in the Center Grove High School plot in Indiana have been released. And while one set of lawyers is trying the “our clients are retarded” defense. The fourth lawyer is trying the “my client is not retarded” defense. Huh?…

It doesn’t specify why the “non-retarded” one is being released but the article states one of the other suspects was released so his parents could set up supervised living arrangements.
