One of the suspects arrested for plotting to attack Quartz Hill High in California will not be tried as an adult. He can’t be tried as an adult because he was 15 at the time of his arrest and according to the article local officials stated that you must be 16 to be tried as an adult. The 17-year-old suspect will have his hearing on April 6th to see if he will be tried as an adult.
