Boys Admit Plotting Columbine-Like Attack At N.J. School:

Two more suspects in the plot to attack Winslow Township High School in South Jersey have pleaded guilty to charges.

Edwin DeLeon is the 15-year-old and alleged ringleader who is expected to enter a guilty plea in adult court in exchange for a sentence that will be no longer than six years for conspiring to possess a firearm for an unlawful purpose.

The other 15-year-old from Winslow will plead guilty to juvenile charges of conspiracy to possess a firearm for an unlawful purpose. He will serve up to 3 years in juvenile detention.

Only the 15-year-old from Hammonton High remains. And this is what his lawyer had to say…

His lawyer has denied that the boy took part in the plot and said he believed the plans were a joke.

Because that defense has worked so well in the past. 🙄 If they try to take this to trial I wouldn’t be surprised if the Hammonton kid ended up with more time than anyone else.

One response to “Two more Winslow Twp. suspects will plead”

  1. i agree on the fact that the hammonton kid may have gotten more time, but he really only got 3 years probation… i think he should be in jail!!! 😈
