Bruning Plan Would Keep Sex Offenders Off Networking Sites:

Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning says that it’s of critical importance that it be made illegal for sex offenders to use sites like MySpace.

Like I’ve said to all the other Attorneys General before him that’s all well and good but how are you going to stop the unregistered sex offenders from using it?

He’s just another politician kowtowing to Luddite parents instead of telling them to monitor their kids’ internet activities.

One response to “Neb. AG touts same old plan”

  1. There is a very easy way in which each state, or the federal government, could hugely decrease the number of incidents of this nature. If our elected officials would take the time to listen to some of it citizens who care enough, if may actually find that some of us have very real answers to this national problem. There is a way to prevent every adult from creating fraudulent profiles in order to contact minors. This same solution, could also prevent minors from doing the same and putting innocent adults at risk or themselves.
