Grand Junction man arrested in MySpace sex assault case:
20-year-old Martin Martinez of Grand Junction, Colorado was arrested for having sex with a 13-year-old girl. Under Colorado law, a 13-year-old can not consent to sex with someone 4 or more years older than them.
Martinez met the girl over MySpace and when they met in person he gave her alcohol and pot before having sex with her.
Classy.
