Rome man charged for sex with 13 year old girl after meeting online:

21-year-old Peter M. Cavaggioni of Rome, NY has been arrested for having sex with a 13-year-old girl at his residence. Police say he met the girl over MyYearbook which is a social site that’s geared towards school age teens. The fact that a 21-year-old was cruising MyYearbook may make you think this isn’t his first foray into underage sex and you’d be correct.

Cavaggioni was arrested in December for having sex with a 16-year-old girl. That case is still pending.
