Man held in Va. Tech slaying to get mental exam:

25-year-old Zhu Haiyang has been sent to a Virginia state mental hospital for a mental evaluation.

As I’m sure you know Zhu is accused in the murder and beheading of fellow Virginia Tech student, 22-year-old Yang Xin, in a campus cafe.

I imagine they must have wheeled him in Hannibal Lecter style after what this maniac did.
