La Crosse teen gets probation for posting nude photos on his MySpace page:

Alex Phillips is the then 17-year-old from LaCrosse, Wisconsin who had posted nude pics of his then 16-year-old ex on MySpace. And when he was warned by police, as a courtesy I might add, he told them “F*** that I’m keeping them up. Then police arrested him on child porn charges.

After entering a plea deal Phillips was sentenced this past week to three years probation, 100 hours of community service and has to complete a mental health treatment plan.

Again my advice to teen girls is don’t take nude pics of yourself and especially don’t give them to your boyfriend. Because teen boys aren’t mature enough to handle a break-up and will more than likely use them for revenge.
