High court lets Abu-Jamal’s conviction stand:

Convicted cop killing scumbag Mumia Abu Jamal is still a convicted cop killing scumbag so says the U.S. Supreme Court. Today the high court refused to hear the bid for a retrial for Abu-Jamal in the 1981 murder of Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner. Abu-Jamal’s attorney says that he’ll appeal of course.

I love how these scumbags get an infinite amount of appeals yet Daniel Faulkner is still dead.

In reality though, the likelihood of the Supreme Court revisiting this case are slim to none and slim just left.

Now if the Supreme Court could just reinstate his death sentence then we’ll be in business.
