Today’s e-mail comes to us from Michael. He calls me to task for daring to voice an opinion that goes against the gospel of innocence that the internet has proclaimed about internet darling criminals the so-called West Memphis 3. You know because God forbid that the fact that their conviction hasn’t been overturned in 15 years should mean they’re guilty.

On a personal note your obvious infatuation with the fantasy 30’s-40’s detective genre and your ridiculous pseudonym don’t lend you much credibility, neither does your obvious lack of knowledge about criminal
appeals or the admissability of evidence.

First off I never claimed to have any credibility. Like I keep saying I’m just a guy with a website and a big mouth. Secondly, I hate to pat myself on the back but in recent months CNN and CBS didn’t seem to have a problem with my credibility since they both had me appear on their networks. But I bet you’re an Indymedia type of guy.

Remember kids, don’t take the internet too seriously. It’s just the internet.
