Montgomery case on hold as expert unable to testify:

Alleged cop killer Demeatrius Montgomery was in court this week to determine if he is mentally fit to stand trial in the shooting deaths of CMPD officers Sean Clark and Jeff Shelton here in Charlotte.

The defense is trying to argue that Montgomery is a paranoid schizophrenic. However, the prosecution claims he has a case of faker-phrenia.

One of the defense’s psychiatrists says the 27-year-old is a paranoid schizophrenic and, as a result, isn’t communicating with his doctors or lawyers. However, prosecutors say Montgomery only acts that way around his doctors and attorneys and seems fine with his family.

However, the hearing has been delayed because the defense’s last medical expert had a heart attack and is in the hospital.

It’s been two years since Officer’s Clark and Shelton were killed and were not even at trial yet. The sooner this scumbag gets executed the better off the world will be.
