Winter Haven man accused of using MySpace to lure, sexually assault 2 women:

20-year-old Travis Lane Bragg of Winter Haven, Florida has been arrested on charges that he sexually assaulted two women he met on MySpace.

Before I get to the story I have a bone to pick. The article states that Bragg allegedly “forced the victim to engage in sex over her verbal protests for him to stop.” When exactly did that stop being rape and become sexual assault?

Anyway, in both cases, Bragg is accused of doing exactly that to two separate women on two separate occasions. The most recent one happened over this past weekend. On the previous incident, the victim did not cooperate with police but is now helping with the investigation since Bragg has allegedly assaulted another woman.
