Man admits sexually assaulting pre-teen:

26-year-old Ian Andrew Kugler of Norristown, Pennsylvania pleaded guilty for having sex with a then 12-year-old girl that he met over goth social site VampireFreaks. The surprising part is that Kugler pleaded guilty without entering into a plea deal with prosecutors.

Kugler met the girl on VF in August of 2008 and met her at a movie theater where the pair had sex. At another time he picked the girl up and took her back to his place where they had sex.

While Kugler is the admitted assailant in this instance what the hell was a 12-year-old doing on VF? And where were the parent(s) to let all these meetings take place?

At least we won’t have to hear about how he was framed since he pleaded guilty without a plea.

Kugler is looking at 25-50 years behind bars.
