More on rape charge revealed in teacher’s court appearance:

Search warrant released in teacher rape case:

44-year-old Ernest Nichols of Huntersville, NC is accused of raping a 15-year-old girl repeatedly.

Nichols is a teacher at The Ranson Middle School but the victim is not one of his students. The victim is a friend of the family’s.

The victim claims that Nichols impersonated his son on Facebook and MySpace. No word on the age of his son but I would imagine that it’s around the same age as the victim.

From past history, the main reason creeps like this impersonate younger people on MySpace and Facebook is to gain more underage victims so don’t be surprised if more victims come forward.
