Man Arrested in MySpace Child Sex Case:

36-year-old Timothy D. Anderson of Lancaster, Pennsylvania was recently charged with allegedly sexually assaulting (rape?) a 15-year-old girl he met through MySpace.

The assault was discovered by investigators who found nude photos of the girl on his cell phone plus text messages between him and the girl. Anderson allegedly had sex with the girl at least twice.

The reason he was being investigated is that he was arrested back in September for trying to meet a 14-year-old girl whose cell phone number was posted on her MySpace. Even though the girl stupidly posted her cell phone number for the world to see she was smart enough to tell her parents who in turn told police. So when Anderson went to meet that girl he was actually met by police. He was allegedly carrying condoms and an all-day bus pass so he and the girl could go back to his place.

Parents, you still haven’t learned yet, have you? There are more guys like Anderson out there waiting to take advantage of your children if you’re not paying attention. Like I’ve said many times in the past you are the first and only defense between your kids and these predators.
