9 indicted on child sex trafficking charges in SD:

Nine people were indicted on federal charges of child sex trafficking in San Diego this past week. The nine are believed to have been part of a San Diego gang that prostituted three girls ages 15, 16 and 19 on craigslist. The alleged crimes took place between January and November of 2009.

Now when did craigslist supposedly change their site to prevent things like this from happening? That’s right, it was May of 2009. It’s working like a charm. Oh wait, no it’s not.

And again where was the so-called user policing to flag these ads? Then again you can’t believe that scum who use child prostitutes would make the best policemen.
