Bartender accused of soliciting 13-year-old:

Police in Huntington Beach, California have captured another alleged child predator on craigslist using the exact same tactic if not the exact same ad.

This time it was 27-year-old Gabriel Preto who responded to an ad where he thought he was going to pay for sex with a 13-year-old girl. And just like the last time, the girl was, in fact, the Huntington Beach PD.

Hopefully, the Huntington Bach police will keep taking dangerous craigslist predators like this off the streets.

Now if only the courts would keep them behind bars.
