26-year-old Ty Oliver McDowell is accused of raping a woman in Casper, Wyoming after answering a craigslist ad that solicited a rape fantasy. Of course, the ad was not placed by the victim but by another man who allegedly wanted to get back at her. McDowell is the alleged rapist,  not the person accused of placing the ad. McDowell may just be an idiot for thinking that women who want to have rape fantasies actually place ads on craigslist.

McDowell has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him which include first-degree sexual assault, one count of aggravated kidnapping and one count of aggravated burglary. And by sexual assault they mean rape. Why does no one use the word rape anymore? Anyway, he’s looking at a life sentence.

The way things have been going he’ll probably only get 10 years.
