Deer Creek Middle School shooting suspect appears in court:

The gunman at the Deer Creek Middle School shooting in Colorado has been charged with 15 counts against him.

Bruco Strong Eagle Eastwood has been charged with counts of criminal attempted murder in the first degree, child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury, and unlawful possession of a weapon on school grounds.

Another article I read stated that he was facing close to 100 years behind bars.

I find it weird that we’re talking about a school shooter in the present tense as most of them take the coward’s way out.
