Manistee man faces CSC charge:

19-year-old Tyler Andrew Guenthardt of Manistee, Michigan has been charged with the sexual assault of a minor girl that he met through MySpace.

Allegedly after befriending the girl on MySpace Guenthardt went to the girl’s home when she was sick from school and her parents weren’t home and sexually assaulted her.

He’s been charged with third-degree sexual penetration of a minor child, who is at least 13 years of age but under 16. So the victim could be anywhere from 13 to 15.

Guenthardt allegedly fled the state and got into an accident and was then returned to Michigan by family members.

I guess you can be a tough guy until you’re looking at a 15 year stretch in jail. Then again with the way things have been going lately, he’ll probably get probation.
