Site Could Put Children Face-To-Face With Predators:

I really didn’t want to talk about this site until I had to but since law enforcement is picking up on it I guess I have to now.

The site is called Chatroulette, as in Russian Roulette. No, it’s not some kind of suicide fetish site.

What it does is that if you have a webcam Chatroulette matches you up with another user at random who also has a webcam to chat. If you don’t like the person you’re chatting with you can just move on to the next person.

As you can imagine with a site like this it didn’t take long for the perverts to move in. I heard one tech podcast refer to it as two clicks and dick as it only took two clicks to get to some guy whipping it out.

Of course, there is no age limit, well there is but it’s not much of one since it’s 16 and up.

In my opinion, Chatroulette is the new Stickam. I haven’t heard of any arrests being made yet but I’m sure it’s only a matter of time.

And like I said before, no 16-year-old needs a webcam for any reason. The only protection between them and the predators is you.

Some people need to stop being friends with their kids and be their parents.
