Arlington Hts. man charged with sexual assault of young teen:

26-year-old Terrill Thomas of Arlington Heights, Illinois has been arrested, and released on $350K bond, for having sex with a 14-year-old girl (child rape) that he met through MyYearbook.

This guy is a real piece of work too. He allegedly sent messages to many girls on MyYearbook asking to text him instead of communicating with him online.

The victim texted him back and the pair communicated via text and phone. The girl claimed she was 18 but then told Thomas that she was 14. Conversely, Thomas told the girl he was 20 and never corrected his age as far as the article goes.

And you can’t say that this scumbag didn’t know what he was doing either since he used public computers, multiple e-mail accounts and a fake name used to get a phone number. He also brought a used condom with him to try to throw forensics off the trail. Try to think about that for a minute without gagging.

Not surprisingly Thomas has a previous record of such behavior…

Thomas also was charged in 2007 with aggravated criminal sexual abuse and battery, after Hoffman Estates police said they found him in a car having sex with a 15-year-old girl. He was ultimately convicted of battery and was sentenced to one year of probation.

In March 2009, Chicago police arrested Thomas for battery causing bodily injury. After that conviction, he was sentenced to one year of probation, which was set to expire in September.

How’s that rehabilitation coming along?

Again these child rapists need to be kept in jail forever and not given these idiotic slaps on the wrist non-sentences.

And like I mentioned he’s out on bond. Don’t be surprised if he re-offends while out.
