Guilty Plea In Myspace Sex Crime:
I originally posted about 21-year-old Joseph Cummings from Ohio here.
Cummings was busted for posing as a 17-year-old on MySpace in order to have sexual contact with three underage girls ages 14-16 and took explicit pictures of them.
He pleaded guilty to the charges against him which include including unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor, and illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material. Those are just fancy words for child rape and child porn.
And for his guilty pleas, he is only looking at a maximum of eight and a half years. Another joke of a sentence.
When he gets out he’ll be 30. Plenty of time for him to rape even younger girls.
Oh and he may even have more victims that haven’t been found yet.
