23-year-old Christopher Atkinson of Thousand Oaks, California is/was a campus supervisor and a baseball coach at Moorpark High School.

He’s been charged with rape by use of drugs, oral copulation by anesthesia or a controlled substance, and unlawful sexual intercourse. That makes it sound like he used chloroform and a rag but he may have well had. Atkinson allegedly got a 15-year-old female student of the school so drunk at his home that he was able to rape the girl.

Not only do police say that Atkinson used MySpace to keep in touch with his victim prior to the rape but used MySpace to invite another 15-year-old girl to drink with him on the day of the rape of the first girl.

At least this scumbag can’t try the she said she was 18 defense not like that ever works anyway. I’d love to see him try it though. You know that some lawyer will be more than willing to actually try that defense.
