No Release for Man Who Threatened Michigan School:

Yesterday the Michigan Court of Appeals upheld a previous ruling that kept the Michigan Mutant, Andrew Osantowski behind bars.

In 2005 Osantowski was sentenced to 4 1/2-22 years behind bars for plotting an attack against Chippewa Valley High School in Macomb County.

The Michigan parole board wanted to release him after he served the minimum 4 1/2 years of his sentence saying that he’s no longer a danger. Why they’re fighting so hard to put this hate-mongering mutant back out on the streets is beyond me.
