2 Charged After O.C. Girl, 13, Is Found Safe:
48-year-old Dave Burton Egert (pictured) and 68-year-old Richard Ray Carroll have been charged in connection with the disappearance of a 13-year-old girl from Rancho Santa Margarita, California.
Egert is said to have communicated with the girl over both MySpace and Facebook. Carroll is believed to have communicated with her online as well.
Egert has been charged with communicating with a minor for sexual purposes. Carroll, who is a registered sex offender, has been charged with child molestation. No word on what Carroll’s original offense was.
The weird part is the two men were not working together.
The girl has been returned home safely.
I get the feeling we’re going to hear from the ‘she said she was 18’ crowd but it’s obvious these two assclowns really didn’t give a crap how old she really was.
