Man caught for luring teen on MySpace:

I originally posted about Charles Edward Leonard here. He’s the 43-year-old scum who posed as a 19-year-old Australian cancer-stricken kid who was in the was in the witness protection program in order to have sex with a 15-year-old York, Pennsylvania girl he met on MySpace.

He was convicted of statutory rape in 2009 but skipped town and was last spotted in a Dallas, Texas homeless shelter.

Not anymore as U.S. Marshals were able to capture him in Michigan. They believe he was there in order to claim another young girl as one of his victims.

I knew this scumbag. Always knew he was a fraud. She wasn’t his only victim.

  I feel like the only person who he didn’t try to dupe into bed and as a result, I don’t really feel like much of a victim. I was underage, but I had fun and nothing happened that I didn’t want to. I was never given the same sob story y’all were, at least not in such detail. He once mentioned a dead brother, that he lost hair due to illness (he had a watch alarm that went off at 330am for a “pill”. Knew he wasn’t sick so always wondered what that was about, as he never took a pill at that time) and he had told me he was 29 (when he was 32) which was sure a lot more believable than 19. I actually laughed out loud when I read he was trying to say he was 19. He did mention “med school” but never being a doctor specifically. He drove a shitbeater that once died in my apartment complex. I didn’t answer when he knocked. I later turned down seeing him a few times, he got pretty asinine and then we stopped speaking.

I used to talk to this guy back in like 99. I randomly googled him tonight out of boredom. I never met him despite it being suggested. I pretty much got the same story as everyone else…right down to his twin brother dying when they were like 10 years old. He was very convincing. He was all about trying to play the sympathy card and making me some mean and evil ***** when it didn’t work. I knew in my heart something wasn’t right. I have no idea why I’m sitting here shocked. If I wasn’t creeped out back then I am now. What was he sentenced to?? I don’t know if I should tell people “omg I knew this person or not” 😦
