Sexual offender sentenced to five to 10 years in prison:

I originally posted about 27-year-old Ian Andrew Kugler here. He’s the pedo from the Norristown, PA area who pleaded guilty to have sex with a 12-year-old girl that he met over the goth social site VampireFreaks.

When he pleaded guilty I posted that he did so without entering into a plea arrangement and was looking at 35-50 years. Turns out, not so much.

It seems there was a plea deal in place and this child-raping scumbag is only getting 5-10 years.

I swear of sentences like this keep up child rape will be an accepted practice within the next 50 years.
