Florida man who met Michigan girl on MySpace faces sex charges:

Police in St. Johns, Michigan arrested one 25-year-old Danny Dewayne Waller of Elkton, Florida. He’s been charged with various criminal sexual conduct and enticing/coercing a juvenile over the computer charges.

Not a lot of detail on this story but what is known is that Waller is alleged to have met a 14-year-old girl from the St. Johns area on MySpace before moving from Florida to be with the now 15-year-old girl. With the enticing and sexual conduct charges, I’m guessing the relationship was not platonic.

For someone to move to be with an underage girl they must have more than serious problems. And how in the hell did he think that he would ever be able to keep that ‘relationship’ a secret?

    Gee…did you ever think, maybe the girl lied and said she was 18? Girls lie about their age all the time. Yeah, he should have been more careful, but I know him and I don’t think he intended to be with a 15 year old girl.

        Girls always lie about there age they want men to think they are older then what they are when they are young and then it changes when they get older. It is sad young girls want to hurt guys like this.

      I knew him too. We met on craigslist, he was interested in my paranormal group I was getting together.One day, We were in the car together and his cell phone rang, he stated that this FIFTEEN yr old girl lived next to him and was having a bad day-it was her birthday and her parents were being “mean” to her. He also stated that he cannot talk to her like that or hang out with her becuase she is fifteen. He is a LIER, she had is number and he had hers knowing that she was FIFTEEN. Danny waller is scum and he did know her age. I also went to see him in jail and he told me that he was depressed and only trying to help her deal with issues, he never stated once that he did not know she was fifteen. He knew, he just didnt care. Now he is behind bars where he belongs.

        He did not know her age until after he met her and then got away from her except as a friend he wanted to help her out because he felt sorry for her. He called right after he went to MI talking about a girl name Blair (age 25) that he really liked a lot so he was going to stay there to get to know her.
