Korena Roberts still faces death penalty, aggravated murder charges, Washington County judge rules:

Judge rejects motion to dismiss case in murder:

You remember the hosebeast Korena Roberts of Beaverton, Oregon don’t you? Hard to forget a face like that. Anyway if you don’t remember I’ll remind you.

Back in 2009 Roberts allegedly posted an ad on craigslist for baby clothes. Through that ad, she met 21-year-old Heather Snively who was pregnant at the time. Roberts gained Snively’s trust and allegedly bludgeoned her to death then cut Heather Snively open in order to steal her unborn baby.

Roberts called paramedics saying that she delivered a baby at home and the baby wasn’t breathing. When Roberts got to the hospital doctors determined that she had not given birth. By that time the baby was also deceased. When police searched Roberts’ home they found Heather Snively’s butchered body in the crawl space.

Now fast forward to this week. It seems her defense attorney tried to get the aggravated murder charges against Roberts dropped so his client wouldn’t have to face the death penalty. I wonder how some attorneys are able to sleep at night when defending such evil. Anyway, the judge would have no part of it rejecting the appeal.

If Roberts does get the death penalty it’s a shame she will die in a much more peaceful way then the torturous way she killed Heather Snively.
