Alleged sex-traffic ringleader says he grew up with victim:

I originally posted about Marcus Xavier Arrington here. He was part of a trio in Hawaii that was prostituting a 16-year-old girl on craigslist.

He pleaded guilty to sex trafficking a minor back in mid-September and admitted he knew how old the girl was because they grew up together. Arrington is currently 21. I don’t know about you but when I was 21 I wasn’t thinking about which one of my younger friends I could sell into sexual slavery by threatening them and raping them. Anyway, the scumbag is looking at 10 to life.

Now I know what you’re thinking. But Trench, craigslist has closed down adult services and you won’t see these stories anymore. Except that you’re forgetting that Backpage is still around and craigslist has not shut down erotic services worldwide. Only if these things change may these stories start to go on the decline.
