Again I apologize for my lack of posting. The new job keeps me pretty busy so I may seem scatterbrained in my posts and the news may not be that new. Anyway here are more details about missing 10-year-old Zahra Baker.

Recently a picture surfaced of Zahra with a black eye. It is unknown how she got the bruise in the picture but neighbors say that Zahra constantly had bruises and her step-Breeder, Elisa Baker or as she has been dubbed here Sheen-Cow, always had an ‘explanation’ for the bruises. It was always that Zahra fell or was clumsy. Granted Zahra had a prosthetic leg but I don’t think even handicapped children can be that clumsy.

Reports are also saying that cadaver dogs have gotten positive hits on a wood chipper and a pile of mulch. If the hits are not false ones I think that may be how they disposed or at least tried to disposed of the bodies. Through personal experience, I know that wood chippers aren’t as problem-free as they seem to be on TV. It would have taken a lot of work to put Zahra’s body through a wood chipper. I can’t imagine that someone would do that to a child, any child. I wouldn’t even do that to my worst enemy if they were already dead. Then again I have these things like a conscience and a soul.

The ransom note that Sheen-Cow is accused of writing was sent to Adam Baker’s boss, Mark David Coffey, who also owns the property that the Bakers live on.

“Mr. Coffey, you like being in control who is in control now we have your daughter and your pot smoking red-head son is next unless you do what is asked 1,000,000 unmarked will be in touch soon [sic],” read handwriting on the note, according to the warrant.

“No cops” was also written twice on the note.

This makes me wonder if they were not just trying to throw cops off the trail but if they were looking to cash in on Zahra’s disappearance as well.

Which leads me to the next story where the Bakers are said to have severe financial problems even to go as far as writing bad checks. Who writes checks anymore? Anyway, most of the checks were to local supermarkets but they also allegedly wrote bad checks to their landlord and to a rental place for a 42 inch TV. Another instance where the toys seem to be more important than the children.

The Hickory, NC police are saying that Zahra was last seen in public on September 25th at a furniture store but was with the Sheen-Cow.

Adam Baker is also saying that he believes Zahra is alive. Susan Smith said that once too. Sheen-Cow’s attorney says that the allegations of abuse reported by neighbors have been exaggerated but that’s what they’re paid to say. Reports also say that DSS investigated Sheen-Cow and there was not enough evidence to bring charges.
