32-year-old Timothy Yeager of Tyrone, PA was arrested back in March of 2009 for raping a little girl from the ages of 6 to 10. He raped the girl as little as 50 and as many as 100 times. He was charged with over 409 counts of child sex abuse.

The even more disgusting part is that he cut a deal with prosecutors and got only 14 to 28 for pleading guilty.

On top of that, he tried to withdraw his guilty plea. Luckily that was shot down by a judge as part of his plea he only had a certain amount of time to withdraw his plea and that time passed.

It’s disgusting that a child rapist can get all these shots of trying to get out of his punishment yet his victim has to live with what happened to her for the rest of her life. She can’t appeal to Yeager not to rape her.
