I originally posted about 41-year-old Jeffrey John McPherson of LaMesa, California here. He’s the guy accused of molesting a 16-year-old boy that he met on Myspace. He was on the run for two months.

I say was because this past week police finally caught up with him and arrested him after he skipped out on them back in December.

McPherson has also pleaded not guilty to the charges against him. Good luck with that plea after running from the law.

He’s looking at 13 years behind bars.
