25-year-old Wayne Smith of Chicago has been charged with the rape of a woman that he met on Facebook.

The two went on a date with friends and then went back to Smith’s place where he lives with his mom. The pair started to get romantic but allegedly when Smith went too far the victim said no. Smith is then said to have choked the woman, slapped her and raped her.

The victim managed to break free and ran into Smith’s mother’s room and told her what happened before she contacted police.

Ladies, here’s a word of advice. If a guy is living at home with his mother and he’s not caring for her medically, you’re better off moving on.

UPDATE 3/20/2011: Smith has been charged with 2 additional rapes.
