30-year-old LeRoy Hewuse of Green Bay, Wisconsin was arrested back in November of 2009 for drugging a woman he had met on MySpace then raping her.

Hewuse met the woman on Myspace then met her at a bar where he went by the name of Dan, convinced her he ran a massage business, offered her ‘employment’, went back to her place so he could use her computer, then offered her a massage and a ‘vitamin’. The next thing the victim knows she wakes up with no clothes on and puking her guts up. There were other victims as well that found themselves in similar situations.

For that, he only got 18 years on charges of second-degree sexual assault of intoxicated victims. Charges of second-degree sexual assault of unconscious victims an. d three counts of possession of child pornography were dismissed.

This guy is nothing more than a serial rapist and the law is treating these scumbags with kid gloves again.
