A mistrial was declared this past week in the sanity trial of Alex Youshock. Youshock stormed Hillsdale High in San Mateo, California armed with pipe bombs, a chainsaw and a sword with the intent to kill his chemistry teacher.

Youshock hid his activity from his parents and lied to his mom about why he was going to the school that he was expelled from. So you would think it would be a no-brainer that Youshock knew what he was doing was wrong.

Nope.

One single dumbass who was obviously fooled into thinking that Youshock didn’t know what the consequences of his actions would be led to a deadlocked jury resulting in the mistrial.

If a new trial is not held or if a unanimous verdict is not returned Youshock gets to go to the nut hut instead of prison which is where he belongs.
