Two men who sold a .32 caliber revolver to  Wellington Menezes de Oliveira were arrested over the weekend by Rio police.

Those arrested were Charleston Souza de Lucena, 38, and Izaias de Souza, 48. Lucena fixed a lock on Oliveira’s house and Oliveira asked Lucena if he knew someone who could get him a gun. Police say that Lucena put Oliveira in contact with Souza who sold them the gun.

If this had happened in the US these two guys probably would have never even been charged.
