West Palm man, 39, found guilty of sex with girl, 16:

39-year-old Larry Douglas Jones of West Palm Beach, Florida was found guilty last week of having sex (child rape) with a 16-year-old girl that he met on MySpace in 2008.

Being the predator that he is, Jones posed as a 19-year-old boy and violated his victim over a number of weekends in the fall of 2008. He was busted when a friend of the victim’s discovered his true age by viewing an arrest warrant for Jones online.

What I want to know is how in the hell could he possibly get away with posing as 19. Not only does he look nowhere near 19 but you also need to know the way a 19-year-old would talk. One would think that you could either be taught by a 19-year-old or study 19-year-olds. Either way is creepy.

To make matters worse Jones got his victim pregnant. I can’t imagine the horror this girl’s mother must have gone through not to mention how the victim must feel.

Jones is looking at 15 years.

Let this post and the others serve as a warning to other parents out there. If you don’t check up on your kids’ online and cell phone activities they could have some lying rat-faced creep climbing all over them.

UPDATE 9/18/2011: Rat Boy only got 12 years.
