Torey Adamcik’s conviction upheld by Idaho Supreme Court

Idaho Supreme Court upholds conviction and sentence of Torey Adamcik:

Much like his mutant cohort Brian Draper, Torey Adamcik had his conviction upheld by the Idaho Supreme Court. Adamcik and Draper were convicted and sentenced to life for the brutal 2006 stabbing murder of their ‘friend’, 16-year-old Cassie Jo Stoddart.

As I’ve mentioned before Draper and Adamcik have been held up by the kid criminal crowd as poster children that kids should not be charged as adults. They were both 16 at the time of Cassie Jo’s murder but you tell me if these are kids that are deserving of any mercy. The pair actually bragged about the murder on videotape. From my first post on the murder

“Just killed Cassie, we just left her house, this is not a f***ing joke,” says Brian Draper on the homemade videotape. “I’m shaking,” replies Adamcik.”I stabbed her in the throat and I saw her lifeless body just disappear,” says Draper.

Cassie Jo’s family can’t argue if she should be dead as an adult or dead as a child. She’s just dead. Brutally killed by people she thought were her friends.

  1. I remember this story, I think I watched some kind of documentary on it. 16 is plenty old enough to know you’re doing something wrong when you plan a murder and carry it out.

  2. Brian alone killen cassie. She was torey’s friend, cassie
did not even like brian at all. Torey did not know brian was serious,no one else did either and he had talked about klling for years, always playing it off like a joking tho. Torey met brian 4 months prior and did not know wholesale he was dealing with. Torey did nothing To hurt anyone and he did not plan to either.

      1. Kathy, try reading the book Shannon wrote. It proves everything Sean just said above. I’m sure that after you read the book, you will regret what you just said above.

    1. Even if what you say is true, which it isn’t, he did nothing to stop Draper from killing her. That’s just as bad as killing her.

But we’ve all seen the video where both Adamcik and Draper are laughing and celebrating about what they did to Cassie.

    2. Excuse me, but Sean is telling the truth. There’s even a book his wife wrote that proves that he’s innocent by giving the whole untold truth behind this infamous video and everything. It seems apparent that you all are being stubborn and refusing to read the book. If you look at this book, you’re opinion will change.

          1. It’s true that he’s an accomplice, but he was afraid, that’s why he didn’t stop it, he was extremely afraid. He even attempted to leave because of how scared he was, but before he could, Brian came along and turned the camera on and therefore filmed the final scene of the infamous video. Just read the book, Trench, those exact details I shared are proven in the book. I promise it won’t cause you any harm.

          2. A book is just that, a book. It is not evidence. It is one person’s opinion much like this blog. However I refuse to believe that at no time did Adamcik have an opportunity to walk away or contact the authorities prior to Cassie Jo being killed.

    3. That not even the slightest bit true, both of them killed her. How in the hell can you say he didn’t plan to kill her when he is on video plotting the murder? You’re delusional. They both filmed themselves planning, talking about it afterwards &amp they both hid the evidence. Neither is less culpable than the other. They know both did it because the forensic evidence shows that two different types of knives were used. They both stabbed that poor girl &amp her family is forever changed by this. The sentencing is appropriate for pre-meditated murder &amp 16 year old is old enough to understand that murdering people is wrong &amp the consequences of their actions, Even if Torey didn’t actually stab her (which we know he did) he didn’t try to stop Brian Draper, he didn’t warn Cassie to run, nor did he call the police. He didn’t run home &amp tell his parents. He was in it from start to finish &amp he deserves the punishment he received. Her family will never se her again, never get to attend her high school or college graduation, never see her start her career, they’ll never get to see her getting married &amp have children. All of this, because two psychopaths (who laughed about her being their target on video) wanted to know what it’s like to kill. I hope they are denied parole every time because they are a danger to society.

  3. A) Torey “didn’t do anything” – I don’t buy this story, evidence points otherwise, and
    B) Murder is an ADULT crime
    C) these aren’t kids, they are PSYCOPATHIC MONSTERS and therefore should be taken out of society forever!!!!

    1. Sweetjustice, have you read the book Torey’s mother wrote because if you haven’t you should. It literally proves that Torey wasn’t involved in the stabbing. There were some folks who were like you and most people in general that believed Torey was part of it and therefore were grateful towards the judge after he handed down the sentence, but then, they read the book, and their opinion now about Torey is completely different. Just read the book, it won’t harm you in any way.

      1. Why should we believe we’re getting the true story from this guy’s mother? I saw her and his father on the documentary and quite frankly they all seem delusional! All they spoke about was how their son was innocent and this was unfair to him and them. Never heard any remorse or sadness for the victim or her family. At least the other killer seems remorseful and traumatized by what he did.

  4. A minor does not understand the consequences of their actions that’s why they can’t sign a contract. If a minor doesn’t understand a contract how can they understand murder????????

    1. With all due respect, that’s one of the dumbest things I’ve ever read.

They literally said on video that they killed Cassie. They were fully aware of what they were doing and fully aware of the consequences. They wanted to be famous killers like they thought their cowardly heroes from Columbine were.

      1. They knew they killed her but did they understand the finality of death? if they can’t make their own decisions then they shouldn’t be tried as adults and this whole comment thread is stupid as fuck.

        1. Do you even read you’re own words? Of course they knew the finality of death. They studied, and not in the good way, the Columbine shootings. That’s where 13 people were killed ad never came back. I’m pretty sure they knew the finality of death. And anybody their age who doesn’t know that the death is the ultimate finality should be sent to school on the shortest of buses.

    2. They both knew at 16 what they were doing. And Torrey was the one that said in the Video that they were going to be famous like Ted Bundie.
