Police seek alleged victims of man arrested in porn sweep:

Recently there was a massive nationwide child porn sweep in Canada. One of the guys they picked up is the subject of this blog post, 42-year-old Shiraz Nariman.

Investigators say that Nariman would pose as a 19-year-old boy on such sites as Facebook and the Canadian social site Nexopia using the screen names of sirazb, alex_isme and a1.sirop and the e-mail addresses of sirazb@hotmail.com and shiraz900@hotmail.com. He would then get underage girls to send him explicit pictures of themselves or masturbate on webcam for him. He may have even met with some of his victims.

That means we get to go over this again. No child, male or female, under the age of 18 needs a webcam. If your kids’ computer has a webcam and you let them use it unsupervised you’re giving all sorts of predators an open window to your kids’ room.
