Parkland school shooter getting fan mail

Parkland school shooter getting fan mail

This is a story from March that I had hoped to finish before the end of April, but here we are.

You know, after 18 years of dealing with Columbiners, Holmies, and Chupacabras, you’d think I wouldn’t be surprised when some mass murdering reprobate attracts a cult following, yet here we are.

The inhuman scumbag known as Nikolas Cruz, who killed 17 victims at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, is being sent fan mail and love letters in jail. I thought due to the fact that he killed so many innocent victims, and looks like a rat-faced weasel, that he wouldn’t attract that many murder groupies. I was wrong.

On March 15, a person who identified themselves as an 18-year-old woman from Texas wrote: “When I saw your picture on the television, something attracted me to you.”

“Your eyes are beautiful and the freckles on your face make you so handsome.”

Another woman sent Cruz nine suggestive photos, the newspaper reported.

One woman recently solicited pictures to make a collage to send Cruz.

“I want him to see how many people love and care for him and all the beautiful faces,” she wrote, according to the Sentinel.

I’m sure that’s just the tip of the crazy iceberg. He has also reportedly been sent photos of some of his female fans in various states of undress. Thankfully, the jail has not been allowing Cruz to see his fan mail.

I wonder what they’re calling themselves, since every congregation of murder groupies needs to have a name nowadays. I would imagine Cruzers would be too obvious. Then again, most of these lovesick loons lack the creative imagination to come up with anything else.

If your son or daughter is one of these Cruz fans, seek help for them immediately. This may not be just a phase, as I have witnessed full-grown adults who indulge in this behavior. Once again, I’m reminded of the woman with a family who many years ago posted on a columbiner forum about having Dylan Klebold’s ghost babies. Again, I wish I was making that up. There’s also the copycat syndrome to consider, as many of today’s school shooters, and would-be school shooters, were fans of school shooters that came before them.
