Recently, there’s been an issue with whether or not Parkland shooter, and coward, Nikolas Cruz should be represented by a public defender. As it turns out, Cruz could potentially stand to inherit $800,000 from his late mother’s estate. If that were the case then Cruz could possibly afford a criminal defense attorney, but that’s not what I’m here to talk about today.
Through his current public defender, Cruz has made it known that he wants to give the money to the families of his victims. You’ll have to forgive me if I don’t believe in Cruz’s sudden altruism. If I had to hazard a guess, I would say this is more Cruz trying to buy his way out of a death sentence than any kind of empathy he feels toward the victims’ families.
If just about any other 19-year-old was in line for an $800,000 inheritance, they would have been on their best behavior until they got the money. Then they would probably do everything to keep it if they don’t blow it right away. Not this loser though. He’d rather stage a cowardly attack on a bunch of unarmed people who did nothing to him.
Cruz was a ticking time bomb and due to regulatory and parental failures, he was allowed to commit this cowardly act. He was so spoiled I’m surprised he didn’t have the money already.
