19-year-old Rayan Hussain from Chicago was allegedly caught in the Canfield, Ohio backyard of a 14-year-old girl. The pair were said to have met on the mobile messaging app Kik.
The 19-year-old Hussain claims that he was only there to counsel the girl who is said to have recently lost a friend. He also claimed that “I never came with the intention of harming her, kidnapping her, or any kind of sexual behavior.” The girl even reportedly claimed that she had no intention of any kind of sexual encounter with Hussain. Hussain even claimed that he meets people online and counsels them.
As if the counseling story was questionable enough, police found a phone in Hussain’s car that was used to exchange nude pictures with the 14-year-old victim.
This is my favorite quote from one of the reports about Hussain’s arrest…
Deputies stated that Hussain did not have a degree or certificate in counseling.
No 19-year-old drives six hours and through three states on Christmas Eve except for one thing, and it’s not to offer the wisdom that his 19 years of living have given him.
He probably would have had a better chance of not being arrested if he told police he was just there to ‘hang out’.
Oh, and in case you’ve missed any of my previous posts about Kik, it’s an app made infamous for its use by sex offenders, pedophiles, and child porn collectors.
