If you’ll recall, last week, 19-year-old Cesar Cortes was accidentally shot and killed at Bellaire High School near Houston, Texas. The 16-year-old friend of Cortes took the gun out of his waistband during JROTC practice and pulled the trigger thinking the 32. caliber handgun was not loaded. The juvenile suspect fled the school and ditched the gun.
Now it’s being reported that the gun has been found. Police are being tight-lipped about where the gun was found. Subsequently, there has been no news about where the 16-year-old was able to get his hands on the gun.
