20-year-old KilianThomas of Westmoreland County in Pennsylvania is accused of the alleged rape of two underage girls. Thomas is believed to have met the girls on Snapchat. The victims’ ages are 11 and 13.
Thomas is said to have tried using the defense of ‘they lied about their ages.’ Not quite ‘they said they were 18’ but close enough. If you can’t tell an 11-year-old girl is under age then you have bigger problems. Check for ID next time, sport.
Again, Snapchat’s terms of service allow users to be as young as 13 but that doesn’t necessarily mean they should be on it.
