I haven’t talked about online predators in a long time. The abundance of school shootings tend to keep me busy. However, there has been a lot of hate coming from the right when it comes to the LGBTQ+ community. Just this past weekend, a number of right-wing hate groups have shown up armed to drag shows, while calling the performers groomers and pedophiles. While it has yet to be confirmed, I find it highly suspicious that the attack on the Moore County, North Carolina power stations coincided almost exactly with the showtime of a local drag show.
It doesn’t end there, either. Disney has been accused of being groomers because they dared to show same sex parents in a kids’ movie hardly anyone watched. Teachers are being accused of being groomers if they dare answer any questions from students about sexual or gender identity. The right has even gone as far as accusing the trans community of encouraging ‘genital mutilation’ in children, showing their complete ignorance of what being trans means.
Don’t even get me started on the Q-Anon nutjobs who think the government is being run by a cabal of Satan-worshiping pedophiles who drink the blood of children. There’s nothing like rehashing old conspiracy theories from The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.
So, I felt that I should take it upon myself to remind the right who the real groomers and predators are, and no one can remind them better than Nathan Larson.

In 2020, a then 40-year-old Larson was arrested in the Denver International Airport with a disguised 12-year-old girl in tow. Larson traveled from his home in Virginia to the girl’s home in Fresno, California with the intent of kidnapping her. Larson is said to have met the girl online, and continued conversations with her on mobile messaging app Kik.
This is where I’m legally required to remind you that Kik is full of sex offenders, pedophiles, child porn collectors, and child traffickers.
Getting back to Larson, he is said to have shown up at the girl’s home at 2 am and convinced the girl to sneak out of the house with him. They then took a rideshare to the airport. Larson made the girl wear a wig and instructed her to act like she has a speech disability. This way, Larson could do all the talking if approached by someone who finds the pair suspicious.
Police in both Fresno and Virginia received near simultaneous tips that Larson intended to meet the girl. As previously mentioned, Larson was arrested at the Denver airport during a layover. Did I forget to mention it was Larson’s mommy who bought the plane tickets for him? Oh, and his father allegedly assaulted a federal agent while their home was being searched. As I always say, blood is dumber than water.
Further along in the investigation, it was disclosed that Larson ran websites not only dedicated to incels and other pedophiles, but also ones that catered to rape and kidnap fetishes. The kidnap fetish site is where Larson is said to have met his 12-year-old victim.
Authorities reviewed conversations between the victim and Larson on the website, which started in mid-November. In one instance, the victim wrote, “I wanna b kidnapped but m also scared.” Larson wrote in response, “Hey I can kidnap yo I’m 25,” adding his Kik username.
How Graybeard McHorseshoehair ever passed for 25 is beyond me.
Larson even told his victim that he wanted to take her virginity and impregnate her once she turned 13.
Subsequently, Larson was federally charged with kidnapping, transportation of a minor with intent to engage in illegal sexual activity, online coercion and enticement, sexual exploitation of a minor, and receiving and distributing child pornography.
After his arrest, more of Larson’s victims came forward, including some from South Carolina, New York, Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.
The last I had heard about Larson’s case was from March of last year, when he was ordered held without bail. Larson would never make it to trial, but we’ll get to that later.
So, why am I bringing up Larson while I’m calling out the right for labeling everyone they don’t agree with as a groomer? Because not only was he one of them, he didn’t even bother to hide it.
In 2008, Larson ran for Congress as a Libertarian. You know, the party that has a lot of members who want to lower the age of consent. He got less than 2% of the vote. It also didn’t help that in 2009 he was sentenced to 16 months in jail for sending a threatening letter to the President. He served 14 moths of his sentence.
In 2017, Larson ran for the Virginia House. His platform consisted of legalizing child porn, polygamy, and repealing women’s right to vote. Suffice to say, he didn’t win.
He tried running for Congress again in 2018 as an independent. Even the Libertarians were tired of his shit, since they kicked him out of the party. During that run, Larson advocated for a ‘benevolent white supremacy‘, and called Hitler a hero. He was also an advocate of the 2nd Amendment while advocating the legalization of child porn and incest. He also wanted to repeal the 1994 Violence Against Women Act, and blamed school shootings on feminism. Again, his bid was unsuccessful to say the least.
Well, democracy, woman, and children will no longer have anything to fear from Nathan Larson. It was announced, back in October, Larson died in September while in federal custody. As far as I know, no cause of death has been officially released yet. However, it’s not a stretch of the imagination to speculate that he probably took the coward’s way out.
I’m surprised that people like Marjorie Taylor Greene aren’t asking for a Congressional investigation into the death of this ‘patriot’. And I’ll just leave these links here about Matt Gaetz and Roy Moore. I don’t often like to make blanket statements, but when it comes to the right, it really does seem like almost every accusation is an admission.
Look, people. The LGBTQ+ community isn’t looking to castrate your children, no matter how much you think they want to. From what I understand, they just want to live their lives without fear of being the target of a hate crime. What they’re not doing is telling your kids that they’re evil, sinful, broken, damaged, or not your child just because they’re different than you.
