OKC Nurse Got Kik CSAM from SC State Senator

It’s not Labor Day yet, so the Summer of Kreep kontinues.

Another thread has been pulled in the unraveling mess around disgraced South Carolina state lawmaker RJ May, and it stretches all the way to Oklahoma.

Christian Soto, a traveling nurse from Oklahoma City, is accused of receiving CSAM videos from none other than May himself. Federal investigators say the two connected through the bottom-feeding messaging app Kik, where May allegedly used his “joebidennnn69” account to flood Soto’s “randomcouplehere” account with more than 50 files of CSAM.

For those unfamiliar, Kik is the free, no-questions-asked chat app that’s been a magnet for sex offenders, pedophiles, CSAM collectors, and child traffickers since the day it launched. It requires almost no verification, making it a perfect breeding ground for people trading in illegal material under throwaway usernames. The company’s own cyber tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is what kicked off the investigation into May and what eventually led to Soto.

This wasn’t Soto’s first run-in with the law. In March, he was arrested for kidnapping and threatening to kill his then-girlfriend, who, according to court records, was a minor at the time. Prosecutors say he strangled her, tracked her with a phone, threatened to kill her dog, and drove up to 95 mph while telling her he was going to kill them both. He allegedly claimed to have a gun on him during the ordeal.

If that’s not enough, the search of Soto’s home and car last month turned up dozens of devices containing more CSAM, plus a shotgun sling loaded with 48 shells. This is a problem since he was already under a restraining order. Court filings also note that Soto had previously been in a relationship with an FBI employee in Oklahoma that ended badly, though that person wasn’t involved in this investigation.

The fact that Soto was a traveling nurse should disgust anyone reading this. He wasn’t just working in one hospital; he was moving from place to place, interacting with patients and families, all while allegedly trafficking in CSAM and carrying a violent criminal history. His last assignment ended in April 2024, but the thought of someone like him slipping from one community to the next without anyone knowing what he was really about is enough to keep you up at night.

Now, Soto is sitting in federal custody facing charges for receiving and possessing CSAM, as well as possessing ammunition while prohibited. May remains locked up in South Carolina, with both men scheduled for upcoming court dates. Two predators from different states connected by the same cesspool of an app.

Last, but not least, there’s no evidence to indicate that Nurse Kreeper is a drag queen.
