Fresno Deputies Arrest Man For Sexually Assaulting Teen He Met On Myspace:

In Fresno, California, 20-year-old Luis Bernabe of Fresno was arrested for not only harboring a runaway but also for having sex with the 13-year-old girl. Bernabe allegedly met the girl over MySpace months ago. He picked her up from her house in Kettleman City and took her to his house in Fresno. The girl’s mother found Bernabe’s address in her daughter’s room.

Now here’s the best part. When the cops showed up at Bernabe’s home he hid in a closet. I’m guessing he was well aware of the girl’s age when the cops showed up.

This is all lies he was not hidding in the closet. oh boy she was real aware of luis’s current age is not like he change his age like she did. she had said she was older than what she was. people that puting this kind of shit should get their facts right before posting false statement. THE ONLY REASON LUIS HAS A MYSPACE IS BECAUSE HE IS A D.J.
AND anybody that knows him knows he aint a perv. that little bitch should be educated

Guys if you want to be smart you should run a backround check when random girls ask to stay at your house. It only takes 2 seconds to do it over the net to check to see if she passes. Just as you wouldnt give a gun to a random person without a backround check, you ought not share a bed with a random person or even house a random person without a backround check.

That way if they are lying about their age, or criminal history you can kick them out.9

BTW, this fine upstanding DJ should learn more about someone before porking them. He picked her up at her house, for Pete’s sake. Or does HE live with Mommy &amp Daddy, too?

she lied about her age?

well.. i guess i cant say for sure cause i haven’t seen her…..

but i dont remember the last time i saw a 13 year old girl that looked like she was over 18 years old.
considering they’re barely in puberty at that age.. i can imagine she looked THAT old.
