Tracy Hermann
Tracy Hermann

I know I don’t have to tell you who Tracy Hermann is and what she was convicted of. Anyway, I found a better article about her sentencing.

It seems the reason she was sentenced to 50 years instead of 100 like James Sargent was that she pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the death of her son Benjamin.

At the sentencing, Hermann said that what she did was a ‘mistake’. She also said that her sentence would bring justice for Benjamin.

Maybe if she and Sargent actually gave a shit for their baby there wouldn’t be a need for justice.

Hermann will have to serve her entire sentence.

I doubt there’s a single person reading this thread or this site — or alive on this planet — who agrees with Tracy’s callous statement. The only way to bring justice for Benjamin is to inflict the same horrendous torture on her that she inflicted on that poor, precious baby.

This one will rot in hell after she rots behind bars — hopefully for her entire 50 year sentence.

  2. My hope is that they eventually turn her out into the general population. THAT should bring it a lot closer to justice – but nothing will ever bring complete justice. 😥

  3. There will never be any justice for that little boy. Not until these scum die and have to face the ultimate judgement! What they did to that baby boy was just unimaginable and I sure hope they have to face the ultimate consequence!! And I think we all know what that would be! A nice long eternity burning in Hell!!!

  4. Yeah, I commented on that “mistake” comment yesterday. That’s hardly a mistake. Like it was mentioned, if she really felt this way, he never would have been left in those conditions to begin with. She’s only sorry because she’s been caught and facing jail time. I guess 50 years is better than nothing. She certainly will live out the rest of her life in a crappy environment. At least she gets to bathe and change her clothes regularly.

    1. I agree… isn’t it funny (not “ha-ha” funny, either) how both child predators and child murderers say the same about their choices… most of which are premeditated? “Oh, it was a mistake… ” or “I didn’t mean for that to happen”. And there are those out there who actually buy into that garbage. I mean, how can you leave a baby alone in a car seat for that long without thinking about it? No, that was most definitely premeditated.

      1. I used to think I was a bad mom for leaving my son in his swing so I could take a shower (just because I knew it would put him to sleep) – That was maybe 30 minutes to shower and get dressed. I can’t imagine leving him anywhere any longer than that. She is an evil bitch!!

        1. You got to shower when your son was a baby?!?! Lucky bitch! 😆

          1. Those baby swings friggin rock. I waited until nap time every day, placed my baby lovingly in the swing with a nuzzle ans a kisse, waited for him to be snoozin’, and I hit that shower like a whore after a convention weekend in Vegas. Thanks to him loving to sleep in his swing, I even had enough time to get dolled up and do dishes. WOO HOO!!!

  5. She is a worthless cumdumpster. On the plus side – I don’t think she can get knocked up in prison.

    *crosses fingers*

    1. Wouldn’t be the first time that’s happened.

  7. I just want to slug her in the face. I hate her about as much as I hate Angela Mcanulty, which I didn’t think was possible. They remind me of each other, both plead guilty, both say it was a mistake, both being selfish, no good, rotten…yeah I’m going to stop now since I’m at work.  If this site has taught me anything about my own self, it’s that I am perfectly capable of hating someone I have never met. Even though I hate all of these stories and they are all heart breaking, this is one of those that really “get to me”.

    1. Me too. I am capable of hating someone I don’t know as well. Benjamin’s case if one of those that I am really sensitive to. There are some names I just can’t look at or hear without a wave of emotions that are overwhelming.
